SEA has been officially appointed by Elektroserve (M) Sdn. Bhd. as business development partner in September 2020. Incorporated on 20 August 1990, ESMSB presently specializing in maintenance services, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of machinery & equipment as well as workshop repair jobs. Focusing in Electric Motor servicing, ESMSB offers motor rewinding services up to High Voltage Coils. Meaning that everything will be done in Malaysia and this reducing cost and delivery time.

Services : 

1. Electric motor servicing and rewinding, LV and HV, IECEX certified.

2. Supply of High Voltage winding coils.

3. Transformers servicing.

4. Servicing, troubleshoot, overhaul and rewinding LV and HV generators. Load bank testing facilities up to 3.6MW at ESMSB workshop in Paka, Terengganu.

5. Carbotrade Nitrogen Generators.

6. Custom made Genset and Power Generation Units. Final acceptance test at ESMSB workshop in Paka, Terengganu.

Bahru Stainless has been a key customer of our company since 2020. Throughout our partnership, we have provided a range of critical services to ensure the smooth operationof their plant. Here are the key projects and activities we have carried out:

• Troubleshooting: We perform comprehensive troubleshooting on all their existing machines, identifying and resolving technical issues quickly and accurately.

• Panel Installation & Wiring: We are entrusted with installing control panels and performing all related wiring for their automation systems.

• Ongoing support: We are always on standby to provide continuous technical support and assistance, ensuring that any issue is addressed immediately to maintain Bahru Stainless's operational continuity.

SEA has been registerd as Siemens Vendor since end of 2023. We are entrusted by Siemens to support and maintaining EPMS and BMS system at Keppel Data Center, Sedenak. Our involvements are:

1. Cleaning and inspections of PLCs and Remote IO Panels.

2. Auditing sensors and data integrity in BMS system.

3. Troubleshooting and rectification.
